Mark Siepiela started building custom homes on his own in December 1995 in the Willow Bend area of Plano, Texas. Mark has a background in plan design from his years of work with production builders. In October 2001 Mark expanded his business and started MRS Design Development, LLC. He began focusing on building custom homes over 5,000 square feet in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas, Texas. He has also built townhouses in the Throckmorton area of Dallas. With his knowledge of designing and building homes, Mark started adding remodeling to his scope of projects. He began working with Leman Development, LLC in helping in helping with the development of Windmill Farms in Forney, Texas and Bozman Farms in Wylie, Texas. This allowed him to expand his knowledge of commercial construction, landplaning and sub-division theme identification and monument construction.

Mark Siepiela is currently building and remodeling custom homes in the Devonshire and Park Cities Area. His attention to detail and creative style have made his homes desirable by not only residents looking to move into the Devonshire Area; but also the existing Devonshire neighbors looking to update their homes.
